What
is the Rendu Services Mobile Health Van?
The
mobile health van has a variety of medical and educational
materials. These materials are used for health teaching
and health promotion and other health screenings with the
following objectives:
- To focus primarily
on promoting health awareness.
- To be available
wherever health teaching and/or screenings are needed
in a community.
- To provide
these health programs to outlying and less accessible
areas.
- To collaborate
with existing health care agencies.
- To offer services
free of charge.
- Screenings
include: Blood Pressure, BMI, and Bone Density
- Annual Flue,
Pneumonia and H1N1 vaccinations in conjuntion with Cornerstone
Caring, Inc.
